Our client is looking for an International Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to expand its activities in Germany. Founded in 2004, this company is an innovative scale-up and the world leader in market values. One of Europe's leading data-driven consultancies, it offers a wide range of tools for automotive professionals (manufacturers, leasers, distributors, insurers, banks).

Reporting to the Chief Sales & Development Officer, you will be responsible for the development and growth through a portfolio of accounts, both customers and non-customers, mainly in the automotive distribution sector (manufacturers, leasing companies, banks, auctioneers, etc.) in Germany.

As International Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you will develop the company's sales and revenue, by offering technological solutions based on big data, expertise, AI and the best Tech' practices on the market, to professional customers. In liaison with the delivery team, you will then ensure the successful deployment of the solutions sold (websites, management dashboards, margin monitoring, project deployment, etc.).
Verantwortlichkeiten
Your main tasks are threefold:
  • You define and implement a strategy to win new customers
  • You identify new areas for development based on the needs identified during your customer meetings
  • You analyze customer needs defined in invitations to tender or during your meetings, and propose appropriate solutions based on our know-how
  • You are responsible for commercial negotiations in close collaboration with internal teams
  • You ensure that sales targets are met
  • You ensure good commercial relations on "run" projects
  • You are responsible for renewing contracts from one year to the next and for upselling other solutions
  • Identify new contacts within your existing customer base to increase their footprint
  • You monitor the market and our competitors
  • You are sales representative for your customers
  • You work with the various members of the delivery team to implement accepted sales proposals, guarantee quality of service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • You will take part in large-scale projects and coordinate cross-functional teams within the company to ensure the success of projects (data scientists, developers, databases, etc.)
  • You collaborate on events and deliverables to promote their recognition in Europe (articles, interviews, customer events, etc.)

What you already bring with you:
  • University degree (Business School or Economic University) 
  • Siginificant experience in sales, consulting, project management or within a strategic division of a
    player in the automotive sector
