Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Ensuring the office space is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity and collaboration
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance, including coordinating repairs and upgrades as needed
  • Liaising with vendors, contractors, and building management to ensure smooth operations
  • Coordinating team events, celebrations, and activities to foster a positive and inclusive company culture
  • Implementing initiatives to enhance employee well-being, morale, and engagement
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, booking travel, and processing expense reports
  • Managing office budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness
Was du mitbringst
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
  • Have a proven experience in office management, facilities coordination, or related administrative roles.
  • Have excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • have a hands-on mentality and are highly solution-oriented
  • have excellent German and English language skills
  • Have a Previous experience in community management, event planning, or employee engagement roles is a plus
